Bead Head Caddis Nymph

The caddis is probably the most common food of trout in our rivers. Very successful in both winter and summer. Trout love them
Booby

This style of flies is one of the most successful flies at rivermouths. They work best in still or slow moving water.
Normally fished on a fast-sinking line. Let them sink then retrieve with gaps between each pull. The fly will naturally float off the bottom then sink on the retrieve and then float up again during the pause - the movement is IRRESISTABLE to trout!!!
They can also be fished on a floating line during the summer.
